MSI U160 review
The MSI U160 includes a 10-inch LED display and has 1024x600 resolution. It comes with atom n450 processor and MSI is bundling Windows 7 Starter with it.
The latest 2 Mints are both from Ubuntu 13.04, but like other 'buntus, I easily updated them to the latest kernel: 3.9.4. That removes an objections about Ubuntu Linux specialized kernels.
My one gripe against Cinnamon comes from Gnome3. It has an impossible to remove bar, either at the top or bottom of the screen. So I prefer the Gnome2-work-alike, MATE - with its left (or right) sided bar, which can be intelli-hidden, if wished.
Perhaps the Gnome3 lovers are old Chinese, reading tabloid newspapers in narrow vertical columns, and having their words in vertical column, instead of horizontal lines. I can only read-write in English, so either I have a portrait screen in front on me, or a Unity-type task bar on my left side, but intelli-hidden.

Viliv S10 Blade reviewed
One of the S10's features that makes the device (and its category-crushing battery life) even more useful is its 4-second wakeup-from-standby under Windows 7. Need to take a quick note or show a webpage during your meeting? Pop open the S10 and you are working straight away. And with such fast wakeup, you won't hesitate to put the S10 back into standby-making the effective use time of one charge even longer.

Acer 532G
Acer Aspire 532G - world's first netbook that comes with the IOn 2 chipset that allows you to watch 1080p videos easily. Battery life is also very good on this netbook – expect around 10 hours from it.
You can also hook it up with your HDTV as it has an HDMI out. Overall, the Acer 532G is a perfect netbook for taking anywhere

Lenovo X100e reviewed
Lenovo X100e is a powerful little mini laptop that does not comes with a Atom processor like every other netbook under the Sun. It is powered by AMD Athlon MV-40 processor that packs much more power than the normal netbooks that you see around. Priced at $449, it just costs a tiny bit more than the netbooks but we do think that it is worth it.
Toshiba NB305 reviewed
Toshiba NB305 is a mini laptop that comes with Atom N450 processor, 10.1 inch display and has a 1024x600 resolution. There is just 1GB RAM, that is good enough to run the Windows 7 Starter OS that it comes with, but if you wish to speed it up a bit more, you can always add-in a 2GB RAM module.
